SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

-Orders ship within 24-48 hours or order placement, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Domestic Shipping

-Skull & Bones customers have the option for domestic orders shipped via USPS (The United States Postal Service) & UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at check out and determined by weight & location. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are sent to customers once shipping has been processed. 

-Free shipping available for all Domestic orders $200 or more via USPS. Choose Free Shipping $200 or more at checkout.

-Skull & Bones is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to USPS & UPS mishaps.

International Shipping including Canada

-All International orders shipping options are USPS, UPS & DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at check out and are determined by weight & location. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are sent to customers once shipping has been processed.

-Vat & Duty: Any and all VAT & DUTY fees are destination country specific and are the responsibility of the customer.

- Skull & Bones is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to international courier mishaps. 

- International Returns & Exchanges : Shipping Costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns and Exchanges

OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY

-Underwear & Swimwear cannot be returned for a refund & only processed for an exchange.

-We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please e-mail orders@skullandbones.com with your order number and reason for return.

-Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 10 days of the delivery of your purchase. 10% Restocking Fee is applied on any approved return/refund. 

-All items must be in unworn condition with hangtags attached and in  original packaging.

-For any authorized return or exchange, return costs including shipping back to Skull & Bones are the responsibility of the customer. 

-Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-15 business days.

-We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the Skull and Bones website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Please Note

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchnaged. 

WORN GARMENTS & UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment be returned to you.
