runs small?

Love this brand and everything they make but for some reason this style of brief made by them seems to run small. It's the 2nd pair of this style that I've ordered and they both feel like they run 2 times smaller then what it's supposed to be (3xl fits like an xl) but I still support this brand to the fullest and can't wait for new products to drop!!!
