Returns and Exchanges

If you'd like to make a return or exchange, email us at info@skullandbonesny.com with details about the return.

OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY

-We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please e-mail info@skullandbonesny.com with your order number and reason for return.

-Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.

-All items must be in unworn condition with hangtags attached and in original packaging.

-Per New York state law, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned once the item has been worn.

-Any Shipping Charges are not refundable.

-For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for domestic packages being shipped from the lower 48 states. International return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

-Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-15 business days.

-We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the Skull and Bones website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

 

WORN GARMENTS & UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment be returned to you.
